I got a call at work, someone stating they were trying to reach the emergency contact for my parents.
He stated he was the Pastor at the hospice my Mom is at.
No.
They were trying to get me, my Dad or my Brother to agree to use their services for my still-living Mom's funeral.
By using fear and loss.
Complete Shit-heels, the lot of them.
These past few months I have dealt with some of the worst.
These guys?
Wow.
Just Wow.

That is just plain bloody offensive.

As if the TV ads for funeral insurance aren't bad enough... preying on sick and elderly people's worries that their corpse might be a burden on their families.

And the religious scum are the worst.

That's a new high water mark in sleazy. I'm fairly impressed.

Find out who they are, call and leave a message with "a call back number" Make sure the number you leave is some other scammer.

Actually, there are no levels I would go to for revenge on this one. What was the name of the service?

(Also, the Dreamwidth link on Facebook doesn't work.)
